When anger dominates, one feels disjointed. To achieve calm and balance, I will help you to name the underlying emotions and life experiences feeding the anger, and then together we will develop appropriate coping strategies.
My place is to be beside you in your effort to unravel the emotional and relational knots that bind and constrict you. You are not alone in the effort. In time and with my support you will ground yourself.

Any deep personal loss can be a traumatic experience. I will be beside you as you move through your various painful emotions. In time, you will come to a space of personal acceptance.
Validating each other’s emotional space and experience is absolutely essential for connecting with each other. Many of us react to/with each other. We feel disconnected, maybe even disregarded. I will guide you toward your natural preference to accept each other and connect.
Any one of us may be confused and anxious. I can help you sort things out as an unbiased third party who is focused on your well-being.
Feeling disconnected with your partner is unpleasant. I can support you on the path to being emotionally connected again by communicating without shame or blame and drawing each other out with genuine attention.
Tensions among family members can divide, and respectful understanding is needed. To make this happen we will develop communication skills acknowledging emotional pain and difference that will lead to reconciliation.
